The block has an advantage that as each unit is equipped with a bevel wheel and a spur wheel
step the ratio for all the stands is 0.95:1 and the longitudinal speed can be kept low.
Advantage over other blocks is:
- Only one pair of bevel wheels are needed as reserve for the whole block
- Small bevel wheel diameters and hence small circumferential speeds
- Smooth run and a long lifetime of the bevel gears.
Production capacity of the block is 50 tph for 12 & 10 & 8 & 6.5 mm rod and 36.5 tph for 5.5 mm.
Scope of supply: Moeller Neuman 6 stand as specified above! Spare stand
Laying head Used Morgan shear to cut only 18 sq at speed of 18 m/sec.

Moeller and Neumann 6 Stand H-V Heavy Duty Wire Rod Block (Brand New)
1. The Moeller and Neumann Wire Rod Block is a new 6 stand No Twist V configuration wire
rod finishing block with 3 upper and 3 lower units in a V shape configuration for no twist
2. It is designed to use 170 mm dia disks to produce 5.5 mm to 12 mm dia Wire Rods of Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels, as well as Carbon Steels.

4. The Block has a Finishing Speed of 60 m/s
5. One Moeller and Neumann Laying Head with one Pinch Roll for above Wire Rod Block. (Without electricals)
6. One Flying Shear Morgan, USA (used) but in very good condition for cutting hot bar of 17.5 mm square before entry to block at 18 m/s. (Without electricals.)
7. The Block is a Mercedes of German block mills and designed to roll, Carbon Steels,
Alloy Steels and Stainless Steels.

Note: There is No missing part in the block. The block has never been reconditioned as was new and filled with antirust lubrication oil by the manufacturer. We do not think it needs any overhauling.
