Oxygen content inside heating zones: approx.: 25 – 30 ppm, max.: 50 ppm

Water consumption: 17,500 – 20,000 ltrs/h

Production process:

The furnace allows for different temperature gradients to be made because it has 6 sections, up to a maximum of 650 ºC (normal working temperature 570 – 630 ºC) with a length of 13.5 meters, chain width 900 mm and 200 mm height. It also offers a 5-meter drying module with a maximum temperature of 300ºC.

Due to its automatic movement of the belt 360 - 2250 mm / minute, the furnace could be used in any process that needs temperature gradients and different speed belts (maximum 650ºC).
